Frequently asked questions
Who gets in?
A small minority. Most applications are declined. The Investment Committee looks for real traction, founders who have already done the work, and a credible reason to be in the room. Founders who treat access as a formality are not admitted.
What is Adya Capital?
An invitation-only founder network and funding desk. It is not open to the public. No money is collected from applicants, only decks.
Why is access by invitation only?
Access is a filter, not a feature. It keeps the room small and serious. Every admitted member may nominate up to 5 founders, and their name stands behind each nomination, so nominations are made carefully.
What happens after I apply?
The Investment Committee reviews your application. Decisions are not sent by email: check your status with your email and ticket. Approved founders receive a direct line to the Managing Partner. Declined founders may reapply only with materially stronger traction.
How should I prepare my deck?
Aim for 10 to 15 slides covering the problem, solution, market, traction, business model, team and the ask. Share a Drive link with access set to Anyone with the link, or upload a PDF up to 10 MB.
Is there a fee?
No. You do not pay for access. You earn it.
